South East Asian countries will probably not get blocked by Level Up PH cause those are the countries they does gaming alot, by South East Asian countries I mean Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philphine etc...etc

If Im not wrong, Level Up games ONLY caters for their own country, which is Philipines.

theres some out now i could point you some but its not allowed *cough google cough* anyhu i know some of p server but there all in korean and i think they are about 10% translating it to english so it would take like 1 year more to complete or i think they would just wait for lvl up ph RO2 english client and exploit it =) you know what i mean

If Level Up only catered for their own country than they wouldn't have used english as their language and use philiphine language instead, Level Up also know if they only cater for their country they'll lose out because there'll be alot lesser players playing their game.

dude you even if levelup ph created a game for philippine country it would be in english and not our local language called tagalog if you have noticed all of the level up games that they brought here in the philippines all in english even the ones that are IP blocked take RF online as an example better search for facts first b4 you post

By english I don't mean their games being in english but their official game websites and forums, if you've noticed their website, news and all that are written in english, the global asian language.
