maybe level-up will not block ip's just make another server that can cater international players like what they did with philippine rose and btw english is the second language in here and almost all filipino sites are in english

dude there would be no point in making you webpage into localize language while you client is in english that would totally not make any sense at all if your client is in english then so as your webpage for that game and vice versa

so no point in making game into localize language since english is like main tool for communicating here in the philippine islands =) i would know cause i am from philippines

yes, English is the second language here...(in philippines

I would still play even if its p2p.....well maybe for a month and then find me some pservers with the RO2 PH english client ^_^

still... cash shop is still preferred, like what they did to ROSE...(f2p till further announcement x_x)

This is going to be another pioneering milestone for the Philippines, which first got a taste of english Ozworld, Tantra, Khan & RF online just to name a few. December might be a little too early though as Levelupgames often has the habit of delaying things especially a game of this magnitude, and they still have yet to publicly announce the release date yet.

all level up ph games are free like perfect world if ro2 wil have private servers that are free i will be addicted hehe damn they getting rich now wow hehe hey i am filipino too i played tantra and rf online philipines hehe
