recently my bell sympatico high-speed internet is getting 20kb/ sec

WTF?????? last month i get 200kb / sec

i tried googling but can't seem to find a solution.... instead i found alot of forums that are complaining about the bell internet speed around these few weeks.

no flame plz, i only and really want a solution or useful suggestion.

hmm, get rid of bell and use rogers highspeed goes up too 300kb-750kb
