ok like the title said i need to find a game engine to make a 3d mmorpg also i need to find a good tutorial.

Well, it's a little more complicated than that.

I think Multiverse is something like what you're looking for. Or RealmCrafter. I think they have tutorials on their site.

hey is realmcrafter a free engine if i choose the hobby game for just me and my friends?

Yes and no, yes its good for hobby games, no its a 150 i belive because rc2 is just about to come out to the public with direct x 9 and open gpl shadering ithink thats what it is. So think games like age of konan looking as a near the future type of engine, maybe not AS good looking, but close to something like it. Its support for shaders and a much better looking graphic enviroment.

Go with realm crafter if your looking for a hobby game, if your going to look for a commercially released game LOOK INTO ENVIROMENTAL DESIGN

if you do that you can make an rc game look like a an actual world

Well if you choose to go with realm crafter you dont need to know how to program since this is a hobby game. Realm Crafter wont be so bad. But if you are looking to make a game to sell or whatever go with Multiverse it's still in beta though. Or go to www.garagegames.com and take a look at the torque engine also can be used for a hobby mmorpg. It is much better than Realm Crafter. Or maybe you can go with the one iam making. It is written in python.
