ya well i wanna play this game pritty bad downloaded it about 4 times and tryed a bunch of diffent stuff but its just idk so beta like

well... it worked fine for me. and its is in closed beta. are you sure you meet the system requirements? you should state your problem, just saying you want to play it bad isnt going to help. and it being in beta shouldnt effect if it the game works.
check your system requirements and make sure you have directX 9.0

conrently - is it currently?

The download works fine (as of now) and of great speed if you use any download accelerator.
