I'll give this a shot and if it works, I'll add you in game & report back here that it bypassed the block. Thanks for your help.

Connection to the website is slower HOWEVER, you can log in.
Connection in-game is virtually unchanged, and functions fine.

Use it guys, you don't have to switch to the Korean version and lose your characters.

Just turn the VPN off after you login on the arad website, there's no reason to keep it on after you're passed the check. you can browse through the website fine with it off.

Thanks. I'm not exactly a fan of having an open, unguarded LAN connection to my computer. This will save me from that vulnerability.
