Uh... I think more specifics are neccessary. When does it crash? In the middle of the game or before the channel select screen, etc... Also, is there an error message?

It crashes at very beginning. When the screen goes black and resolution changes. Then blah! and a tupical windows error like "your files could be lost becouse application was closed incorrectly "

Hey, I'm having an issue with Arad right now. What I do is I go to arad.jp and click Game Start. Things are going fine, and it loads just fine (though very slowly). After a while, I reach the channel selection screen (my comp is really slow). Once I pick my channel and reach the Character Selection screen, I get this strange pop-up. It's written in Japanese so I don't understand it (I'd post a picture, but I don't know how). It has one button on it. Whenever I click it, Arad immediately shuts down, and I'm returned to my desktop. Also, I try just closing it, but the same thing happens. Any help? Btw, I have my non-Unicode language set to Japanese, I'm using IE, and I'm trying to use SoftEther VPN, but I'm not really sure how to use it/ if I'm doing it right. Please help, because I would love to join you all on Diregie. I'm going to be making a witch first (I'm hoping for the name Kiki ^_^) and then probably a MagExo or a Crusader.

Hmm, Sounds like you had the same problem I had. I think I may know your problem if the error message includes "FAQ". It simply means that you "failed" the IP check. In other words, you're not using the VPN correctly. Honestly, I forgot where I found the answer, maybe someone else can help you... I'll look around though.

Lol, your right. I set up my VPN correctly, and now I'm playing.

Here's my info if you want to buddy/party up (I really need a party cuz leveling is getting slower)

Server: Diregie
IGN: Fortissimo
Level: 12 (and growing)
Class: Priest

since you are using vpn you wont really find someone to party ;(

lag is to unbearable

I really don't have a lag with VPN, I've been on during the "prime time" with most of the Japan community on in ch1, and didn't experience lag..

I'm having another Arad issue, and just started up randomly this morning. I log on, start up the game, and everything is going smoothly. After I choose my channel (by the way, for anyone who wants to party/buddy/ guild invite me, I'm usually always in Channel 6), I get a weird little pop-up, and after I get rid of it, I'm left with an empty Character Selection screen. None of the buttons work. I'm not sure what to do. My VPN runs smoothly, and my Unicode language is set to Japanese. What's wrong? Is anyone else having this issue?

lol. . . . I had the same problem bro. I have no clue what it is. I just gave up and made a new account. Did you d/c because of a failed pop-up during an instance?

just relog ... thats common. sometimes you have to relog 2 or 3 times (my best was 9 times)

and that you dont get lag doesnt mean that its the same in a party

(youll experience insane lag, creeps stuck in another dimension and the party members jumping across the screen like drugged rabbits)
