What's wrong with that? Just because people deemed it wrong and that fact is passed down throughout the generations make it wrong?

Love can happen between any two people, if its two people in true love, why does it matter that their siblings?

People who say its wrong are still stuck to the past, if two people love each other, it doesn't matter who they are.

So, are you people homophobic as well? If not, whats wrong with incest?

Gender, age, race, class, relation, etc shouldn't matter at all.

The only thing preventing humanity from advancing towards the future are close-minded people who think like you guys. Those against incest, those who are homophobic, racist, anti-religion, against advancement in society are what keep humanity from becoming greater. Even now, some countries arrest couples that are related by blood. People need to be more open minded.

The only problem with incest would be the genes, if two siblings ever have children, the child has a high chance of having disabilites which is a problem...

That is why it's sick. Literally. Imagine - they have children. Their children have children, and so-on. The genes that remained recessive will start to become dominant. Diseases and conditions can be a problem in the future.

But also, thinking about it from a "moral" point-of-view, loving a sibling should, generally, not even come to mind. In the end, if incestuous breeding is let loose and rampant (considering it might), humanity won't survive long enough to advance.

Homosexuality, racism, and anti-religion holds no place in the argument, and tolerance of inner-family love and, or love making can't be forced onto everybody. I'm only open-minded to a point - I can accept homosexuality, and would rather beat someone's face in for being ignorant about all other races, but I'm not going to lie and say I could look past incest. In my eyes, that's just wrong.

What if they didn\'t have children? They can always adopt a child and it would all work out. I\'ve heard about siblings being together and adopting a child and it all worked out in the end. What do you mean humanity won\'t survive long to advance? People have been doing it for generations in the past. Even now, some families in some cultures still do so today. And I don\'t get how you can accept homosexuality but not incest, in my opinion, homosexuality is \"worse\" than incest (not that I think either is bad). As I said before, when there is true love, age, gender, race, class, religion, etc doesn\'t matter. Note: I would not do my mother as I have a deep hatred for her. My life has been full of pain thanks to my parents (especially my father, want to know why? No one is allowed to disagree with him, I once did during dinner, know what he did? He took the glass dish which still had food in it and chucked it right at my head. And he also has anger management problems, plus, their both homophobic, racist, etc. Plus, my mother is ugly as hell, fat, and just plain unattractive.....now if I had a sister.....

What's with all the '\'s?

Anyhow, responding to the homosexuality comment, I can accept it because these would usually be people from different family backgrounds. I don't see many brother/ brother or sister/ sister lovers.

Now, assuming incest catches fire like a factory full of molotovs and lit candles, this could be bad for humanity. If a number of factors and possibilities play out, then man kind could be plagued with viral outbreaks and other deadly afflictions.

But that's not what I want to say, however, that's just a possibility. What I'm trying to say, is that knowing that's your feeble younger sister, you shouldn't be thinking of wanting to kiss or bang her. If anything, you should be wanting to do what most brothers want to do - that is to protect her. Regardless of if you've seen each other in 3 or 12 years.

Sorry about the \'\\\'s, not at home and using a computer that has problems with this site so apostrophies are replaced with \\ and all spaces are removed which is why my post looks like one giant paragraph. No one ever mentioned banging or kissing your own younger sister. What I mean is: what\'s wrong with two siblings marrying each other or being a couple? Protecting is what you already do to the one you love, and there\'s not really anything wrong with kissing your sibling. Alot of families kiss other family members to greet or thank them. Making love (yes, thats how I address sex) and kissing naturally comes to a couple. Besides, there are couples that don\'t even have sex, two siblings that love each other can just have a \"pure\" relationship.
