Okay, this is to make clear the rules of anime download links and such.

I can tell you all, flat out that ANY licensed anime and manga will NOT be allowed. Posting such can result in a warning, infraction, and even a banning.

Now, we will allow exceptions for certain cases where the work was discontinued. But that will be purely on a case-by-case basis. If it's decided that it shouldn't be here, the topic will either be locked with the offending link removed, or the entire topic deleted.

Fan work, as long as it's alright by the original creator, will be allowed.
