wow take it easy flamer. I'm going to script the most part of the game and put the 3d models in right places. Write the game story. Keep the website in good shape. Make textures. I'm using The following tools: Adobe dreaweaver, Adobe Photoshop cs3, 3d studio max 8, and Realmcrafter. And ofcourse i will ask the 3d models author for permission to use there models in my game

Realm Crafter is not like C++. Not even a little bit.
I like the idea though, that you're planning to use RC for a modern game instead of just another high fantasy remake, but I think your design needs to be thought out a lot more. There's really not a lot to it and what is there isn't really all the interesting. For example, "When you level up you will become more accurate with the gun, or become smarter and earn more money, whatever you choose will make you better." What does that even mean? You need to actually determine how things are going to work.

I think its more or less strange that he would use and actually have the time to complete a project like this in max's 30 day trial, so you would also have to ask why he would spend 3 grand on a program he obviously does not need to use for an RC project. Kinda weird wouldnt you say ? whereas that 3 grand could be applied to a much more thoroughly thought out foundation. Like web designers, flash is really popular, but doesnt come cheap neither does that 3ds max. You shouldnt need a 3ds max license for any project of this sort unless you plan on making more with it than modeling.Film, game, architecture, and several other industries use thousands of features that are within 3ds max. No offense to your project, none at all aimed but for an RC project planning on using permissioned models, even under a free release, the use of 3d studio max (r) is completley un required for anything unless your going to use it to its full 3000 dollar license permissioned features. All those other programs are very costly ![]() So far presentation on everything has not shown any bit of any proof showing you actually bought those programs with the intention to use them to there full extent. so far you have coughed up around a 3,800 dollar software price all together, now why would this be apparent to what you want to do ?
