ok.. i just started playing.. i was walking towards prontera's fountain and i noticed the guild flags doesnt have emblems on them.. was WoE disabled or something..

you lag, theres always a emblem on them, whats RO without WoE?

nah.. i asked the locals.. and they said only geffen and aldebaran have their castles open for the taking.. they occasional open pront castles.. O.o which was wierd.. i thought it was always open..
