I don't believe it, doesn't look real enough to me. THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING! Must be a big joke! And where is the source. A real person writing something on this wouldn't use HAHAHAHA taake that PS3 fan boys. I just can't believe this. Please, someone show more proof.

actualy, destructoid is know to be a good source of information.
they are well known because of the way the present there article, wich always involves flaming noobs, calling jack thompson a ****tard, and such.
they have been on G4 a few times, Summa, one of the main persons who makes articles on destructoid has been on attack of the show a few times also.
so i would trust this

This seems highly unlikely and fake... He quotes no sources at all, and adds a lot of bogus about "extra material" for the xbox version, including "lengthy side missions", which just makes him sound like a jealous fanboy who's trying to fool himself into believing that he will be able to buy mgs4 without buying ps3(and that he will be rewarded in the process)...

If something like this was announced, it would certainly have been done so by mgs guru hideo kojima or other konami officials, and there would have certainly been enough of sources to quote, such as interviews etc.

He also talks of porting the mgs games to the wii, though I doubt it has the hardware capabilities to run mgs4, and konami most likely won't be bothered to going through all the work of making mgs4 fit the wii....

This is fake until I hear of a press conferance that confirms it, which IMO will never come. Enjoy your false hopes

We're not saying this rumor is true or not, but we're guessing not. Here's why: Super Play is a small, independent magazine. There are no quotes from Konami publishers. This news isn't hitting the internet like a wildfire confirmation. So, to us, it's crap until Kojima nods or dissents. You?

Whoa what's with the hostility man? I'm just commenting the information. Most likely it's true. So it's like the Ninja Gaiden sigma story for PS3 except MGS style.

Are you sure about that? Not saying they will port it indefinitley, but it may be a possibility. I shouldn't have to remind you about Kojima's (creepy) love for Shigeru Miyamoto.

But, in reality, if they were talking about ports, they probably meant a port of 2 & 3.

And about Destructoid. Very reliable source, despite their joker attitudes. If they say it might happen, there's always a small chance it might. So I suggest neither side gets their hopes up.

Kojima stated himself that MGS4 was an exclusive and had no plan, nor a thought of putting it on the 360. He told the interviewer that he viewed 360 as a meer DVD while PS3 is a home entertainment theatre. 360 isn't ready or built for MGS4. Until I see or hear a real quote from Kojima, I will not believe one word.

hostility? Ok the shup up remark was perhaps a bit much on syetactics part, when you say "most likely it's true"(like you just did right now), when it's most likely NOT true, is kinda annoying. What's with people buying into wishfull thinking like this, when the article from the OP shows no sources, and the article from syetactic clearly states that the info in question comes from an independant swedish gaming magazine that doesn't have any quotes either.

If one think something like this would happen without a konami press confrance or a kojima statement, then one is surely an idiot, and rather gullible.
