I don't think so, but theres Air Gear, which has in-line skates.

well there's alot of animes with ppl randomly skating around, but i don't know any anime based on skateboarding...who knows there might actruly be one out there...just might be rare to find. or else im sure in a few years/months some1 will make a anime for it coz i remember there was a manga based on it but it wasn't that popular...

Only thing that even springs to mind is Nazca which has some skateboarding in it I think. Vaguely remember looking it up because of the intro to Malcolm in the Middle tv show.
