Space: Glory Through Conquest

This browser game has been around for 10 years now, and had its ups and downs depending on the activity level of the owners. Now the old owners have sold it to the players, and its star is rising one again. It has some of the feel of MOO2 if you are familiar with that game.

A very good Space Strategy RTS game unlike Ogame and others it is very Real time and you can track your fleets on a graph, you can colonize planets, mine for ores, wage war and join alliances. Very addicting and almost at the end of Open beta, the only bad thing is ticks are so long aprx. 1000 seconds but still less then the others I have seen best of all F2P no download at all you just need basic Java, Includes a good beginners guides and tutorial full of screenshots, Come join and maybe you can conqure the galaxy. rated a 10

After playing dozens of space browser games, i'm current currently playing Orion's Belt.

It's a Space Browser games with an unique battle system (where the strongest is not the one who wins). The universe is also excellent. You have fog of war and line of sight like in a RTS. It has also a quest system and, according with what i eared, their are implementing Artificial intelligence. So you will have mobs wondering the universe and you can battle with them.

The battles also gave origin to tournaments were you can battle with other players just for fun.
