Basically, from my understanding he/she is saying.
"I've bought item mall points to buy gift brochure packs and from these gift brochure packs, I've been earning ingame money from 10k to 5 million. 200+ points are really good but buying 100 points will only get you to 10 to 20 million silver. But I've spent real life money up to 2000 points to make myself the richest ingame."
But to be honest, buying that much points just to become rich in VCO is not worth it... it's just what IGG needs to become rich without patching up a buggy game.
