For some reason you had multiple characters relating to your accounts, you may have refreshed or something... i will look into it, although could you possibly let us know of any issues you recieve on our forums, so we can keep track of everything in one place!

(Alot of the team has been away this weekend, so sorry for slow response!)

Not at the moment, although it was something we were thinking of adding later, after we have implemented class changes.

If you have more questions could you possibly ask on our forums? its just so everyone else can see the asked questions!

My suggestion would be that your website needs to be a lot better. Someone rightly said that marketing is important - this is especially so for free games with no marketing budget.

When you say website do you mean the actual server websites or the main website?

There isnt much point me doing *major* advertising at the moment as the game isnt complete and we are changing the games name and website as soon as we are happy with the testing phase. We have only really put posts in 2-3 forums asking if anyone fancies testing and havent bothered making any major announcements because to be totally honest we dont feel the game is ready for the public yet anyway. Unfortunatly as its an alpha version there will be parts that are missing as well as images and design flaws, compared to many of the other ragtag web games out there it looks quite good i thought.

If you want to go into a bit more detail send me a pm and i can make a note of anything you think could be improved or whatever, but just saying that it needs improving isnt going to help much.

Even though i want to help testing the game, i couldn't because the same error is still there whenever i log in :/

Hey,

When did you last try? as i fixed an issue regarding the problem you had in the last update, i think it was near the begining of the week... the main website has the version logs which should tell you when it was fixed.

The issue you had was down to when you created your character for some reason, it would sometimes create a shadow character which caused problems as it was unable to work out which character was yours... but anyway it should have been fixed, could you let me know if you still have the problems?

One other thing that i want to apologise for to most people is the lack of documentation and help, alot of people must log in and think *what the hells going on???* but we are waiting on finishing off alot of the artwork before we put tutorials on there on how to play for those people who need it. Otherwise we will have to redo them all over again when the new artwork goes on.

Hate to be sexist but it was because you were female...lol

Something must have been overlooked before, so all female characters must have been having problems!

Good to know at least someone found this rather bizarre issue and reported it, would have thought one of the testers would have spotted this straight away though...

Your account should work now, you are now my number 1 tester! lol
