Hi i was Thinking of downloading Maplestory, and im wondering about how grindy and whatnot it is. I dont mind grinding as long as im on their with friends, so is the community good?

How hard is it for noobs on a scale of 1-10.

How steep is the leveling curv on a scale of 1-10.

And please tell me the best class for a new player, meaning the one that will level the fastest, and make gold the fastest.

Mage is the best class 4 newbs cause you get to be it at lvl 8 and its sorta tough to lvl after 6 or 7 idk which and its very fun with friends if you want meet me on the Broa server IGN: Linkman8383

Okay after looking at the classes, i decided to be a warrior. Tips and info on warriors would be appreciated. Along with help on stats.

Warrior are the best class for newbs in my opinion because they have high HP which means you won't die very often and you can use their normal attack so you don't waste all your money on MP pots. It's very grindy, but if you party with friends you get 110% bonus exp from monsters. Just get some friends online, and this game is very fun, you don't even notice how grindy it is.

If you are playing Global Maple Story, all the servers are English. As for stats, you will want to add +4 STR every level, and +1 DEX every level. When you login for the first time and create a character, you will have to roll your stats. Keep rolling it until both LUK and INT are 4 or 5, these are useless to a warrior. By the way, have you thought of which one you'd like to be? (Spearman, Fighter, Page)

sorry but i believe that mages are one of the hardest classes to start unless you have some funding or knowledge of what you are doing...

try warrior, or bowman. simple and no real way to screw up. but follow a guide for applying your skill points. thats an important part of any character

i suggest Broa too, i play there, and so do a lot of others.

Warriors r good. Be sure to check out the guide section here, and this site is very good. Hidden-street.net

instead of wasting it on MP post you waste money on Hp pots.
I agree with hilgers warriors and bowmen are easy because there not grindy in the beggining and are a lot of fun once you get the hang of levling i would suggesting making a mage as there pretty self sufficiant
