Also, wouldn't it be better if it was just a crazed Death God? Cuz' a "Kira" would just be pointless if he/she dies! It's not like they'd be immortal, cuz' remember, only Death God's can add to their life span using a Death Note.

Seriously, this idea fails! No offense, it just isn't very thought out...

No. With every society comes misdoings and balance. If you take out one of the elements, everything is strewn into chaos.
