To be serious to this topic considering people are just wandering around, Don't think you'll really find a good 'mimic' runescape. Okay, people are going to suggest like Nowhere Else and Beyond, or Syrnia (time-based game.. it's not that fun after like 3 days of playing).
I think you should find another genre, because even though people say Runescape literally sucks, it's one of the best browser games out there. Can't get much better than that mate. |

I'm really enjoying awakened lands.
Check it outAwakened LAnds I've never played Runescape, but AL is relativiely new, so its not too hard to work your way to the top. AL is a gangster/ crime based game. |

Well you are after a fairly niche game type...
Not many games make use of browsers 3D capabilities as its usually quite slow, the server has to stream ALOT of stuff and cant handle too much detail on screen. (Well previous computers couldnt, todays ones should be able to cope with a decent amount on screen) So i think the answer to your question is, there are no other browser-based games like Runescape out there. There are *different* browser based games which may have similar features to Runescape but they wont look or feel the same... be that better or worse in your eyes... |

Hey i would rather play Runescape than play TBA tht game is boring and annoying and the lagg makes the gameplay worse....if you compare Runescape to TBA, Runescape would be the best game in the world. You might like it because i noe everyone has a different taste in games, but to me TBA sucks
