no ip ban if you follow the guide.
Also yesterday was a bad day, they had some maintenance issues as far as i could tell anyway. I had a few enviroment bin problems, but they are ok now it was patched.
stats: yeah there's a few around, but the general idea of what each one does is all there ; )
