well you need like millions of dollars to buy the rights to publish here in North America... and also money on servers, employees and equipments...

yeah its like waiting for video game title in your language. It sucks that I have to wait, but I heard KR gaming companies started release English version game first before they release in KR. I know website where you can see all the latest KR online game (gamengame[dot]com) I get the news from here. It's cool that I get to play latest game before other people.

oh and about ro2, if more people play ro, or more needs for ro2 English version, they will start focusing on overseas. (honestly whole lot more population compare to KR)
