whenever i see someone post a message on a forum i see ____________ line and then under it is something cool i wanna do that but how and what is it called?

Dude man , I feel bad for you cause I see now . U are a newbie and this is why I will help u .

Firstly that is a signature .
When you edit your profile , fix your signature .
Somewhere along the line you will see it mention that and fix it up .
Write things , put up pics and stuff but dont over do it cause ppl might get mad if there to long .

Good answer Goggles except you missed one thing... you can not copy paste pictures you have to get what is called a URL for the picture by going to some site like http://www.imageshack.us Just click browse pick the picture you want from your files and adjust the settings to your accord.
