For a good starter show you should definately watch Samurai Champloo. If you're still interested afterwards, try Cowboy Bebop (from the same creators).

Samurai Champloo and Trigun should be enough to last you for a good, long while. You might want to check out Bleach too, it has a pretty cool storyline, cool sword fights and good music as well.

Ok I decided on Samurai Champloo. On episode 6 right now. So far it's pretty cool. . What should I watch after I'm done with all these?

Try browsing www.animenfo.com and www.animenewsnetwork.com for things that interest you. Thats what I do to find my anime.

Porn. Lots, and lots of Porn. Or Cowboy Bebop. If you want romance and bleeding robots, then try Eureka Seven. If you just want bleeding robots, then try Neon Genesis Evangelion. If you don't want robots at all and just want bleeding, then try Afro Samurai, HellSing, Gantz, Elfen Lied, & Berserk.

Agreed. Bleach is getting really old now.

The "comedy" is really shitty as well. They need to scrap that part of the show.
