Sometimes I have trouble getting on. I get to the stage where it's downloading avatar then I get a message saying the server is undergoing maintenance. I check on proseguru and the Polaris server status is online....but the avatar server is offline

This means that I know I could be playing....I know others are playing....I just can't get in. It is really annoying. And it seems to be happening alot lately.
Anyway...had my grumble...back to refreshing the service status on proseguru until Avatar server says online

You can get in eventually if you keep trying even though the server is offline.
