Intoccabile

When I open the pRose launcher, the launcher freezes when opening up. After a little, it continues, and then it enters the actual downloading. After downloading a few files, pRose closes, and a new smaller gray rectangular window opens at the center of the screen that tells me to wait while it downloads files. Then it instantly closes after a second, making me unable to update it. Does anyone know a solution? I have already tried reinstalling it. Thank you for any repsonses.
