are their any versions of Cabal out there that dont have ip block?

ya there is.... the NA version and KR version(but KR version you will need KSSN)

the NA version is invisible!! nothing block you from playing expect thin air!

the JP version, chinese version, and the Kr version got no Ip Blocks. for Uk version you need to proxy your way in.
