is that list above correct?, if it is are those capes cash shop or quest related?

I must admit, the 2X EXP cards are a bit of a disappointment. I expected them to be like MapleSEA, and be like 24Hours/Any day of the week.

it aint wokring right though it gets so far and says a run time errors occured and closes.
