Do you think that SE would ever implement a male choice for the Mithra race into FFxi?

I for one truely hope so, I used to play as a Hume Thief awhile back, but after alot of Ballista with some of my other Thief friends who happened to be Mithra, I could see a pretty big difference. I've always liked playing the Dex/Agi-oriented classes in any game, and they were usually called by the same names - Thief, Rogue, Assassin, Ninja...etc. I've started disliking SE for making the one race, that was suited for those specific jobs, female-only It may seem like a dumb question to some people considering that it would only mean some changes in apperance, but I still think that it would be a long-awaited and very welcome choice for some who like to roleplay as male mithra or as a male Dex/Agi race.

I don't think they're ever gonna change the races. If you wanna be a DEX/AGI race, I'd go Mithra, cause 80% of the Mithras on FFXI are guys, anyways.

would be nice if they added something like a 30cap rse quest that gave manthra lvl1 rse that had a latent effect while on manic to have a manthra model

If they did, they would have to come up with a pretty good storyline. In the lore the male Mithra are extremely small in number, and as such are confined only to the Mithra motherland to make more Mithra children. o_o;
