I was wondering....which channel on Polaris has the biggest population of English speakers? I have been abused several times because I only speak english and that makes me sad. It doesn't really bother me but it is nice to have someone to talk to sometimes.

I'm in Australia and I play on Polaris
Sometimes, when the avatar server is down it shows the maintenance message. proseguru.com has a server status guide that lets you know when that is happening. It's been happening alot lately.

I'm a newbie on pROSE, been playing for less than a week. Filipinos are english oriented individuals. But you have to consider that most players are kids who often times express themselves as renegades since this is the only time they can actually get the freak on and going. Most games always include these kind of people. They feel like they can do almost anything since the actual person they curse online are somehow thousands or hundreds of miles away. Some don't even know that other countries such as from Australia plays pROSE.
There are also pretenders from these game. Little boys pretending to be in a women character and vice versa. Some to hide their identity and some to simply take advantage of the situation [getting buffed for free! ^_^]. I think the best ice breaker for these scenario is to simply tell these people where you're really from and they'll act as such. Most Filipinos respect people from other countries. Believe me. BTW, if you're still playing pROSE, try switching at SIRIUS server. I play almost everyday. My online name is KhayR, feel free to add me up. |
