My question is can i play make an NEW acc on the 20th of june?
and play it?

because when i click on register i get this https://www.cabalonline.com/register/regclosed.html

So can i play the 20th or cant i?

Yea, u will most likely be able to register at 20th june. so yea if ur from europe u will be able to play and register at june 20th hope that helped you.
