Look, I am not a forum mod here. I am just the guy who handles interviews, previews, and reviews. Sometimes I dabble in working on getting beta keys to give away to the community. We can sit here and argue all day about if there is an NDA, if admitting you are in the beta is against NDA, and if I am a complete asshole (which I am). The point is that the more discussion about being in a beta the better the chance of unrefutable NDA breachs happening (like posting pics, guides, etc). If that happens, the chance for us to continue doing beta key giveaways drops significantly.

Now I am done sitting here arguing this point. I do not get paid to have arguments with people about NDAs. If I did I would not be a journalist, I would be a legal council.

If you want to work on geting beta key giveaways focus on games that will beta for longer than 2 weeks. By the time you work out a key giveaway for this game it will be in OB.

If you wanna do giveaways which of course I fully support lets try and do it for the real big games that are accualy new not translated such as warhammer, tabula rasa, age of conan ect then we would all love you even if you are an asshole

I'm working on that too, just so you know

Those games WILL have an NDA, and likely require signed, hardcopy NDAs with proof of age as they are AAA quality games from US based companies that do not want secrets exposed.

j/k, its ok man. I have been wher you are now, and most likely will return to it whn lothia can get some more time and we can get Ocp active once again. But trust me, the game companys love other forums talking about thier game and how people are being acepted for Closed betas. its free publicity that helps get thier game out there and the rate of anticipation builds.

I actually had an iterview with a developer of Arch lord and his english translator, and they were extactic that there was so much hype about thier game in early closed beta stage.

Fiesta looks to be a fun game and best of all its gonna be free to play with cash shop, which by the way is in my opinion a smart move and a big money maker. If I were in charge of a gaming company I would have all my games f2p with cash shop.

With multi millions of clothings nd pets to purchase, cause like it or not haveing a awsome avatar and a cool looking pet is a great money making gig.

yay! this game looks interesting. im looking very forward to trying it out. finally a new 3d anime style game in the US. :P

Actually, it looks like it is cel-shaded...which would be only the second game in english using this art style...

Seed was the other English Cel-Shaded MMO. Domo is due out this summer so it will be number 3.
