when i run guildwar the graphic keeps flipping and when i try to login in to the server my comp freezes...can anyone help me....and my comp is brand new with geforce 8600GTS so the graphic card should support it....

Try making sure you're confirming the change in graphics when you exit the options menu, and try checking to make sure internet connection is right. Also, repair the internet connection right before you run the program just to be safe. : )

I have a nVidia 6600GT, and I found that whenever I overclocked it, strange things happened, but only in GW. The textures on the ground would flip into whiteness and flicker, and sometimes the whole desert in proph would turn white and blind me as my computer struggled to maintain any fps at all. If I un-overclocked it, it worked great again. Maybe try reducing clock speed if you know how? Just a thought. I don't have much experiences with tweaking graphics cards, so...that's just an issue I've had in the past.
