K, seems you just didn't looked at the website before. Theres currently a 7h servercheck running, should be working again in ~3hours from this post.

But wow, can't believe I didn't think of deleting the gameguard error..

i got a easy soultion to screen lag:
1.go to your maplestory folder
2. click on setup, and follow the guide!

I would also get this message when GameGuard doesn't have the chance to close; Like if MapleStory unexpectedly crashed and you try to immediately restart it.

My solution to lag and connection error is just reset the connection. It takes only a minute and stops my lag (most of the time).

NP :) It's just much easier when all possible solutions are in one topic than to gather them from various posts.

I added the "when i choose char i get dc", as some people get this now, i wonder why XD

Guys, you have to help me

I have a problem: If i open MapleStory it won't strart. I don't see an error, patch, loading or something else. I donwloaded MapleStory again it didn't work and I looked at the firewall setting but it seems to be okay.

please help me
