Yesterday morning i made a warrior he is lvl 22 now and i'm wondering because i'm going for Dragon knight should i use polearms or spears in the second job advancment? Is there much of a difference? is on kind cheaper? your input would help alot. thanks.

Well, from my experience.. Pole ARMS are CHEAPER. (The majority of them are event items) Like flowers.. they are useless to others but you can use them to actually train yourself. Flowers, Surfboard, Snowboards, Tubes are all cheap polearms! Spears i think are fancier.

-The damage is the same. I believe.. It's just the style of equipment.

ok so snowboards and stuff are actually usefull? cause there damned cheap lol So all i would have to do is find a decent att one and i would be set?

Ye they are. The maple snowboard which is level 70 and its a pole arm is unbelievebly cheap.

Polearm DK's are just as good as spears maybe even better. Polearms are becoming more popular considering that TheXLaw is polearm

Always use polearms up to 70 but make sure you master both because after 70 you will end up using spears and when you're about like 1xx you'll probably end up using both.

I think u should put points for both masteries cuz the skill for spears at dk is pretty good if u go polearm.

For spearman its smart to master both polearm and spear, even if you only use polearm at second job. Ditch final attack for it, as it doesnt work with third job skills anyway. Just master the one you will use now at first, then the skills you want also and master the other one as last skill till you get lv70.
