On my lv 21 mage I decided to go to orbis to do neros quest. When I get there he tells me to go in cash shop and buy a golden bell and red ribbon for 1 meso each. WEll I've brough the red ribbon in the Packages. BUt I can't find golden bell.

keep on looking its ramdom every time you go in!

To sum it up, both items are in cashshop, but at a random location everytime. So just look at every page in cs and you have them. Reason nexon made it so is obviously they want you to roam the whole cashshop.
