It's impossible unless you have access to the bank certificate of the KSSN you used, or their cellphone. There is simply no other way.
the SMS verification actually checks the phone to make sure it's in the name of the same KSSN you've signed up with, obviously you can't fax it in since you don't have the actual card.

Go back in time and be born a Korean or go to Korea on a visa that requires you get an Alien Registration Card since Hangame accepts foreigner sign-up from inside Korea.

IF SOMEONE could reply to this, and don't just say "**** I prefer to smoke some weed rather than help", I would be grateful to him/her!

I just went into the T.E.R.A official site, and logged my C9 hangame account.. I came up to the "its over 90 days, change your pw for safety and stuff".. I DONT remember what the hell did I click..

From then on, when I log my account.. I have THIS:

..and thats not looking good! Please tell me that I don't need to search for another KSSN to log in the damn title!!

after 90 days you have to change pw, after that you CAN change the secret answer

So, what do I have to click exactly? And which information should I enter and where? Can you like, guide me with 1-2 steps or take a printscreen?

dunnow that exactly but here a few possibilitys:

log in @ hangame.com -> maybe it'll work

download one of their games and try to log in there

and above that all, translate the text from your screenshot with google translator

Translation is messy..

Anything that I click gives me a space that needs the KSSN.. and I actually never copied what I registered. Am I doomed?

P.S: When I try to login into hangame official site, I end up not logged on..! The worst part is that I ran C9, and when I inputed my account this thing came up..

Before 4-5 days I was playing C9 dammit..
