In kr version its cell shaded right?

Does 18-33 have KQ in kr version?

Is it p2p or cash shop there?

of course its the same game therefore the same features and graphics and korean also has an updated version, not as latest as chinese version but pretty close, also same free with cash shop as with all other versions.
