how u can get a korean residence ID

Simple, you live in South Korea. A Korean Residence ID is a Korean Social Security Number. Having one without actually living (or having lived) in Korea is identity theft. Hence, we don't allow the discussion of KSSNs or how to obtain them here.

Don't think you'll be banned for just one post though.
