Since HTML is the easiest one, should you start with this one. There are many guides in the internet how to learn HTML. If you fail finding them, then you also fail with building your site.

EDIT: So you're making an MMORPG but have no idea how to make a website? o.O

That's the IP address you need to use so other people can access your server.

Quick question: Did you buy that domain or register that domain, cause a domain doesn't work unless it is registered with a DNS server.

Just like mail trucks don't deliver mail by name, they deliver mail by number.

Also, I'd recomend learning some PHP. If you're make an orpg (lets face it, you sound like a newb game dev) I would recomend you learning a dnamic server language to make it easier to upadte your site. This is nothing more that will turn someone off to updateing a site than the idea of downloading the code, editing, proofing it, re-editiing it, and finnally re-uploading it . . . just for a lousy update.

Well, it seems like it may be a router problem.

Now, the second address is a network only addres, so it would only work if you and your friends were on the same local network (not ISP). Second off (with the first IP), you would need your router to forward all incomeing requests for your server to your server.

However, if your running a web server off your own computr, I would not highly recomend it. You may find yourself sapping up your bandwidth and may ultimately find yourself receiveing a call from you ISP asking, "WTF are you doing???" and may ultimately terminate you bandwidth for not complying within their terms of service.
