Maybe its your RAM? or your internet connection? Got a firewall on? Running to many programs?

i thought i gave all the specs sorry

okay so its:

1.5gig
2X dualcore AMD 3800+ 2.0 ghz
7600GS
high speed cable (no earthlink)
i usually only have aim on

my fps is like 40 but when i go to a big custom map it goes down to like 20, also when the server is filled with ppl, i lag like a @#$!

You using a X300? Im using a X1600 and getting like 30-40 fps at medium and yet u run it at high?
[I have 1.7memory 4400+ processors ]

im sdo lost, i officially dont know shit about graphic cards.. how do u get 40-50 with 1600x?!

Processor, 2.0 ghz won't last you much longer. The graphics card should hold out long enough.

I can get 60-90 FPS.
