Car mmorpg?

I know there's the GTA mod but I honestly don't want to pay for the game then have to figure out how to de-patch it to the correct version etc..

I don't want something like auto assault.

Are there any street car racing MMORPGs or something that uses real cars? English or not. I don't want trackmania.

I heard about Motor City Online, but it was discontinued.. that sounds like it woulda been a great game. grr

erg ray city says "COMING SOON .. D-DAY 25" and the other is closed beta.
