Before I uninstall though, I'm curious, Carmel could you explain what it the message is telling me to do?

I mean I know it says I entered my pass wrong 3 times, but what is it asking me to do?

Just curious... Thanks for the help though.

And Natake I have no clue, but I think it's a mule, which yes is a form of a donkey.
