I'm not too sure, but can it possibly be a graphic driver problem? This game worked perfectly for me, no glitches or bugs or errors. It would be helpfull if you can describe the steps, such as whether you initiate the game using the arad senki website or directly executing the arad.exe found in the hangames directory.
For those of you wondering how to get the harder versions of the dunegeons, here are the information I found from the Japanese wiki of Arad.
EXPART'S ROAD：ノーマルダンジョンをクリア
MASTER'S ROAD：エキスパートダンジョンをランクB以上でクリア
KING'S ROAD ：マスターダンジョンをランクS以上でクリア
Roughly Translated
Expert's Road: Clear Normal Dungeon
Master's Road: Clear Expert Road with Rank B or above
King's Road: Clear Master's Road with Rank S or above.
