Decryption is illegal. Which is why old emulators are perfectly legal, but newer ones you need to use your own bios. Cause the united states court ruled that if a emulator uses its own bios it is legal, but decrypting a console bios is illegal.

Older consoles the bios was not encrypted, and it could legally be used on emulators. Now days, they are encrypted, which is why emulators like psx2 do not come with a bios, and cannot be used without loading your own PS2s.

If the Single Player RPG forum isn't for paid RPGs, then why is there a sticky asking to list Free SP RPGs you know about? One would naturally assume that all Free SP RPGs go there, and all non-free SP RPGs would go elsewhere in the forum.

Free MMORPG, Free MMOFPS, and Free MMORPG Requests all have "free" in the title. The Single Player RPG forum does not.

If non-free SP RPGs don't go here, then where do they go? The non-existant paid Single Player RPGs forum?
