Well damn, guess it looks like the vendors in Diablo II better cough up a gambling license, or I can't play a game of chance to get a Tarn Helm.

OK, point me where's the gambling. I can't see.
In my Country gambling is illegal and MMO servers can freely operate. I think there's no gambling.
