While we would like to accommodate the players based outside the Philippines Level Up!'s licensing agreement with Wan Mei Beijing precludes non-Philippine IPs from joining Perfect World - Philippines. This restriction extends to all phases from Closed Beta through Official Launch.

according to this ... we (the not philippinos) can't play ... if you guys heard something else ... please tell...

Yes, it's true. It has been out for a while. At least we have the confort of knowing we will get our english version soon.
Life isn't perfect is it.

Well don't fret it coz right now us Filipinos only get to play and try out a not so perfect closed beta version with a guaranteed wipe, but soon as open beta starts on July 18, you guys might also be very well getting a taste of your own US english version as American PW closed beta test starts somewhere near end of July.
