good game play!! i believe that is the most important thing that a game needs. cause that makes the game.

People want games to look more real, but I thought gaming was to escape reality?

Easy and enjoyable gameplay always makes a very good first impression on your first play time, then graphics and content has to be able to keep you going for more, playing through the grind and quests the game has to offer, classes are there to give a little bit of replayability for when you get tired of your initial character and also to help distinguish yourself from the rest of the crowd.

a mature community. i'd play anything, even MS if it had a good mature community (no scammers cheaters whiners and fags in general)
