no you wouldnt even get past 60.

if 1 solid horn = 50 meso
1 exp= 10 meso
so 60m meso would mean 6m exp
and from 60-70 it requires about 20m exp (rounded up a couple million)

I believe the correct term is newbie.

This guide is kinda incomplete. That isn't very easy. What if a guy told you about it, and he has a level 12 INT warrior?
