Alright. I have not made any accounts with this computer but....

"In Silkroad Online, only 5 accounts can be created from an identical IP.
Please send inquiries through Bug Report and they will be taken care of."

appears every attempt to register for an account. I have no idea how IP Address works, so I need assistance with making an account.

IP is your internet address, so getting a new internet would help.

It's not that easy to do dude and it's alot of hassle too.

Ok if it's about IP, you could try releasing then renewing your IP.
Todo so try this.
Start>Run... type in cmd then press enter.
The black window will appear then you input ipconfig release.
Wait a moment then input ipconfig renew and wait a moment, you should have changed your IP. =T
Now try to register again, I hope that helped. =T
