I need help getting on plzzzzz!

When i click on kalonline on my desktop, a pop-up comes up and says it is not service hour or time. I dont realy get wht that means cause i just started. Also, y is hanin still busy, is that why i cant get on?

i got the same message i think it is because the server is being serviced try again later .
